  • Do you find that New Year’s Intentions just don’t stick?

  • Do you feel like your Vision Board is great but then you lose sight of it by February?

  • Do you wish you had what you most need for 2018?

I love Vision Boards and setting New Year’s Intentions…..but inevitably, I lose touch with my initial energy around the New Year, and my intentions wane. When a difficulty comes along, I often find myself going back to old patterns, automatic reactions, and the same stories.

Here’s the truth as I know it….

What we most want is always blocked by a past experience that has taught us and encoded the opposite of what we want.

For example:

  • Want Freedom? You probably have had an experience of feeling trapped or controlled.
  • Want Connection? You probably have had an experience of feeling abandoned or isolated.
  • Want Ease? You probably have had an experience of feeling overwhelmed or pressured and not succeeding.

I find this is true for clients, too. Change requires the acquisition of key resources that are often blocked by a former experience. If we don’t work with these blocking experiences, we really aren’t equipping ourselves and our clients with the resources needed for successful change.

In this retreat we will put our finger on those very important experiences. We will work with them in creative ways through writing and art.  I will show you how to mine your experiences for the resource you most need– the resource that will make all the difference in the world for 2018 and beyond.

We will meet again, January 13, 2018 from 10am-5pm. This will be a full day full of creative promise and discovery. Lunch will be on your own—either in the studio just hanging out, or at one of the lunch spots within walking distance in the quaint village of Old Fair Oaks.

Please note cancellation policy:

Life happens! You’re so clear you want to be there, and yet something pops up. I get it. At the same time, I know you understand the challenges of planning a live event.

If you are registering for the retreat, please know that your ticket is “non-refundable and transferrable.”

This is a fancy way of saying:
If your plans change, and you are no longer able to attend the event, you cannot “cancel” and then get a refund.

What you can do is:
1. Give your ticket to somebody else.
2. Sell your ticket to somebody else.
